:: Salesforce / Salesforce implementation
Salesforce implementation services, live in weeks not quarters
We set up Salesforce around the way your team already sells and serves customers, move your data in cleanly, connect the tools you rely on and train people before go-live. You see a working org in the first two weeks, not a requirements document.

:: What we do
What a Salesforce implementation includes
Whether this is your first CRM or a move from HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics or spreadsheets, the work follows the same path.
01
Discovery and design
We map your sales stages, service queues, approvals and reports, then design objects, fields and roles to match.
02
Configuration
Page layouts, record types, validation rules, Flow automations, reports and dashboards, built in a sandbox first.
03
Data migration
We clean, de-duplicate and map data from your old system, run test loads, and reconcile counts before the final cut-over.
04
Integrations
Email, calendar, ERP, accounting, telephony and your website forms, connected so data flows both ways.
05
Training and go-live
Role-based training, a go-live checklist and a support window when real users start working in the system.
06
Phase two planning
Once people are using it, we plan the next step: Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, a customer portal or deeper reporting.
:: Step by step
A Salesforce implementation plan in eight steps
Most implementations that go wrong skip steps one and two. This is the plan we follow, whether you are moving off spreadsheets or replacing another CRM.
01
Agree the goals and the owner
Write down the three or four results the business wants, such as forecast accuracy or faster case handling, and name one person on your side who makes decisions.
02
Map how your teams work today
Walk through each process with the people who do it: how a lead arrives, how a deal is approved, how a case is closed. This is where most requirements come from.
03
Choose editions, clouds and licences
Pick the clouds and editions you need now, not the ones you might need in three years. Licence choices are easy to add to and hard to reduce.
04
Design the data model and security
Decide objects, fields, record types, roles and sharing before anyone builds. Changing them after go-live is slow and risky.
05
Configure and build in sprints
Set up Salesforce in two-week sprints and show working screens at the end of each one, so your team corrects course early.
06
Clean and migrate your data
Remove duplicates and dead records, map old fields to new ones, run test loads in a sandbox and reconcile record counts before the final load.
07
Test with real users
People from each team run their own daily tasks in a full sandbox. We fix what they find before go-live, not after.
08
Train, go live and support
Short role-based training, a planned cut-over weekend and two weeks of hands-on support, then a handover to your admin or our managed services.

:: How it works
How a Salesforce implementation runs
A typical Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementation for a mid-sized team takes 6 to 12 weeks.
Weeks 1 to 2
Discover
Workshops with each team, an inventory of your data and systems, and a first click-through org in a sandbox.
Weeks 3 to 6
Build
Configuration and automations in two-week sprints, with a demo to your team at the end of each one.
Weeks 6 to 9
Migrate and test
Test data loads, integration checks and user acceptance testing with the people who will use it.
Weeks 9 to 12
Launch
Training, final data load, go-live and two weeks of hands-on support while habits form.
:: Cost and timeline
How much does a Salesforce implementation cost?
Typical prices for our implementation work, based on a senior team at $25 to $35 an hour. Salesforce licences are billed separately by Salesforce.
Quick start
$5k – $15k
3 to 6 weeks
One cloud for one team on standard features, with clean data import, basic reports and training.
Standard implementation
$15k – $50k
6 to 12 weeks
One or two clouds, custom objects and automation, data migration from another CRM and one or two integrations.
Multi-cloud programme
$50k – $150k+
3 to 9 months
Several clouds and teams, complex data and integrations, delivered in phases with a fixed price per phase.
What it costs after go-live
Budget for licences, an admin (in-house or ours) and small improvements every month. Most orgs need a few days of admin work a month in year one while teams settle in.
What moves the price
Number of clouds, teams and users
How messy and how big your existing data is
Integrations with ERP, accounting or phone systems
Custom code versus standard configuration
How many sandboxes and test cycles you need
:: Checklist
Salesforce implementation checklist
Use this before you sign off go-live. If any item on the left is missing, wait a week and fix it.
Ready for go-live
Business owner signed off each process
Data reconciled against the old system
Users tested their own daily tasks in a sandbox
Profiles and permission sets checked for every role
Reports and dashboards managers asked for are live
Training done and a support channel set up
Common reasons implementations fail
Copying the old CRM screen by screen
Moving dirty data and fixing it later
No single decision-maker on the client side
Too many required fields for sales reps
Training squeezed into the last day
