From apps to AI, without losing the engineering
We began building web and mobile products for start-ups and growing companies: booking platforms, field apps, secure messaging, online stores.
As clients asked for smarter software, we moved into AI and Salesforce. The habits stayed the same: small senior teams, weekly demos, honest estimates and code our clients own.

Meet the founders
Sterling Technolabs is led by its three co-founders. Between them they bring close to 50 years of building software, and they still work directly with clients and teams.
Co-founder & CEO
Gaurav Gaur
Gaurav is usually the first person new clients speak to at Sterling, and the one they keep calling. An engineer by training (B.Tech) with close to 20 years in custom software, he has learned which problems need a big build and which need a smaller, sharper one. He sets the company’s direction and looks after its client relationships, and he would rather tell you a project isn’t worth building than sell you one you don’t need.

Sandeep Raj
Sandeep makes sure what Sterling promises is what gets shipped. A mechanical engineer with an MBA, he has spent 20 years in software development and knows that good software comes from good process as much as good code. He leads engineering and runs operations end to end: who is on your team, how their work is reviewed and tested, and how each release reaches your users.

Rajesh Kumar
Rajesh left engineering college to start building, and he hasn’t stopped since. Over more than 10 years, that habit has turned into products, most visibly WTPBiz, Sterling’s sister company, whose web-to-print and personalization software is now a familiar name among printing companies. As CMO, he makes sure the way Sterling describes its work matches the work itself. Around the office, everyone calls him Rohan.
