:: Services / Web development

Web development services for sites and apps that load fast and convert

A website has two jobs: be found and turn visitors into enquiries. A web app has one: make the work easier. We build both, with clean code, fast pages and a content setup your marketing team can use without calling a developer.

What our web development covers

From a ten-page company site to a web application with thousands of users.

Marketing websites

Company and product sites in Next.js, Webflow or Framer, designed to rank and convert, with forms connected to your CRM.

02

Custom web applications

Portals, dashboards and SaaS-style apps with logins, roles, payments and admin panels.

03

Front-end development

React and Next.js interfaces that are fast on mobile, accessible and consistent with your design system.

04

Back-end and APIs

Node.js, Python, .NET or Laravel back ends with clean APIs, background jobs and secure authentication.

05

CMS and headless setups

WordPress, Sanity, Contentful or Strapi set up so editors can publish without breaking the layout.

06

Performance and SEO fixes

Speed audits, Core Web Vitals fixes, technical SEO and migrations that keep your rankings.

:: Cost and timeline

How much does a website cost?

Typical prices for our web projects, based on a senior team at $25 to $35 an hour. Hosting and platform plans are separate and usually small.

Marketing website

$5k – $15k

3 to 6 weeks

Up to about 20 pages on Framer, Webflow or WordPress, with design, copy layout, SEO basics, forms and analytics.

Large or content-heavy site

$15k – $40k

6 to 12 weeks

Many page types, a blog or resource library, multiple languages, integrations and a site migration with redirects.

Web application

$30k – $100k+

3 to 6 months

Customer portals, dashboards and booking or quoting tools, with logins, databases and integrations.

What it costs to run

Hosting or a builder plan usually costs $20 to $200 a month for a marketing site. Web apps add cloud hosting, monitoring and backups, typically a few hundred dollars a month.

What moves the price

Number of unique page designs

Content to write or migrate

Integrations with CRM, booking or payments

Languages and regions

Logins, roles and custom features

:: Which platform

Which platform should your website use?

The right platform depends on who edits the site and what it has to do. These are the options we build on most.

Visual builder

Framer or Webflow

Fast, good-looking marketing sites your team can edit without a developer. Hosting is included.

Content

WordPress

Best when you publish a lot, need many plugins or already have a WordPress team.

Custom

Next.js or React

For sites that are part of a product, need custom logic, or must load very fast at scale.

Headless

Headless CMS

Sanity, Contentful or Strapi feeding a custom front end, when content goes to a website, app and other channels.

Commerce

Shopify or WooCommerce

When selling online is the main job of the site.

App

Web application

When users log in to do work, such as a portal, a dashboard or a booking tool.

:: How it works

How a web project runs

A typical company website takes 4 to 8 weeks. Web applications take longer and ship in releases.

Week 1

Plan

Goals, sitemap, keyword map and the pages that matter most for leads.

Weeks 2 to 3

Design

Wireframes and visual design for key pages, approved before build.

Weeks 3 to 6

Build

Development on a staging site you can click through, with content added as we go.

Launch

Go live

Redirects, analytics, speed and SEO checks, then a month of fixes and tweaks.

:: Website migration SEO checklist

Redesigning or moving your site without losing rankings

Most traffic drops after a redesign come from a handful of missed steps. We run this checklist on every migration.

Do before and after launch

Crawl the old site and list every URL with traffic or backlinks

Map each old URL to its closest new page with a 301 redirect

Keep titles, headings and content that already rank

Move structured data, canonical tags and sitemaps

Test the new site on a staging URL with noindex

Watch Search Console for 404s and drops for 4 weeks

What causes traffic drops

Changing every URL with no redirects

Deleting pages that bring in visitors

Launching with noindex still turned on

Losing internal links in a new menu

Slower pages after the redesign
